We are deeply saddened to learn of the sad news that Professor Rosamund Sutherland, a strong and active supporter of BSRLM, passed away recently at the age of 72. Ros was well known to many members of BSRLM, and she will be sorely missed by the mathematics education research community. A full obituary can be found on the University of Bristol website.
